Q. What does Blue Cat Realty Charge each Sales Representative? A. $295 per transaction. We are committed to charging each sales representative the lowest possible fees.

Q. You'll probably raise the fees once I join, right? A. NO! This is NOT an introductory fee. Blue Cat Realty's philosophy is that we charge the lowest fees possible, while providing all the services that a Sales Representative would need. We guarantee this is writing and we have been offering this since 2004.
Q. Is there a lot of work involved in changing offices? A. No. We will help you with the very simple paperwork. We complete the paper as fast as possible so you can keep selling.
Q. Does Blue Cat Realty want Full and Part time Sales Reps? Yes. Blue Cat Realty will accept Full or Part Time Sales Reps.
Q. When was Blue Cat Realty established? Blue Cat Realty was started in 2004. In 2006 our first office building was purchased. In 2007 we opened our 2nd office in Bowmanville, ONT and 3rd in Millbrook, ONT
Q. Do you provide any leads? A. YES! We do receive leads and they are distributed to all Sales Representatives when available.
Q. Do you set the commission fees I have to charge? A. No. You decide what commission rates you wish to charge. We do not get involved in how much you want to earn. You're doing all the work, so you should charge what you feel is appropriate.
Q. Can I get a private information session? A. Yes! Thomas Sheehan will personally meet with you for a confidential information session. Thomas will present the facts about Blue Cat and let them speak for themselves. You decide if you want to join. No pressure.
Q. Can I come and tour you offices? A. Yes. Call us and we can set up a personal tour.
Q. Do you provide Sales training for new agents? A. Yes. We have many experienced Sales Representatives and Brokers in the office that are always willing to mentor any new sales people. We also offer different trainning sessions. We always ensure that we make ourselves available to assist you whenever needed.
Q. How can you ensure my commissions are safe? A. Blue Cat is licensed under RECO and as such we must maintain all trust monies (including all commissions) in a Commission Trust Account. RECO does audit us on a regular basis.
Q. What's the future for the Blue Cat Realty Company? A. Blue Cat Realty is 100% Canadian owned and operated byThe Sheehan family has been part of several very successful businesses which has left them the ability to grow Blue Cat Realty into a large firm. Our goal, as a company, is to build small offices with the support of a large company. We will provide all the services you need with low, low fees.
Q. Does Blue Cat need Office Managers? A. Yes, we are opening additional offices in Ajax/Pickering, Peterborough, Ottawa. We need experienced Brokers and Sales Reps. to manage these offices.
